I have 2 pairs of these now, and wear them on repeat. I would love to see more colors available! The quality is high, and they are sturdy. (The Mate price point might be a little higher than some other brands that offer organic cotton options like Pact or Quince, but so is the quality.)
I wear a size Lg in Mate leggings, but get these in sz Med and they are roomy enough for me to layer over a wool baselayer or pair of leggings. I would say they are true to size in a nice loose fit, not form-fitting nor oversized. I tried a size small for a more form fitting summer pair, but ended up returning. Although they fit in the waist, were too snug in the seat.
I wash on cold and dry on low.
